
Motivation for Exercise
With any weight loss plan it is advisable to check with your family physician to determine if any type of supplementary plan is suggested to go along with a hypnotherapeutic approach.
This recording is a basic session used to generate motivation for exercise which is part of our more comprehensive weight-loss program. If used as instructed, many people will achieve success. As with any type of program designed for a concern such as this there are no guarantees.
Hypnotherapy is a very powerful tool to use to achieve personal improvement. However keep in mind that with weight loss there are sometimes other emotional concerns that need to be addressed as well and sometimes before dealing with weight loss specifically. A recorded session can work just as well as a live session for most people, but understand that some people respond better in a live session and can have much greater success with a hypnotist present and administering a session. Greater success is found with a combination of live and taped sessions along with the additional titles in our weight loss program.
This hypnotherapy session deals with exercise only and should provide a great deal of help if physical weight loss is ultimately the only concern. If there are other concerns that you are having please don’t hesitate to contact an appropriate counselor of some sort.

Feel free to use this as often as you like but we do suggest that you do so at least once a day for the next 42 days. It is fine to use it more than once per day. You can miss a day but if you miss more than one in a row, start the 42 period over again.
Better results are achieved if one can use the session at roughly the same time each day. Try to make your environment as comfortable and as noise free as possible.
